Default Headlight Assembly

I have a 2011 Crosstour EX and had one headlight assembly replaced after getting my first deer. Now the other one looks really bad. I have polished it and it last a little while. Is it possible to just replace the lens or do I have to get the entire assembly? Really appreciate the assistance.

The headlight assembly doesn't come apart where you can replace the plastic. I've seen good results where people wet sand the plastic lens, then use a non-yellowing clear coat on them. It is more of a permanent fix vs just polishing and letting the exposed plastic oxidize. There are some decent videos on youtube on how to do this.

Yup, did that to my wife's 2000 Accord, and my son's 2008 Civic Si (he asked me to do them). So far I haven't done anything to the head lights of her car since. That was almost 3 years ago (fall of 2016), and they still look good. I used automotive grade clear (2 part Nason brand clear), that was left over from painting the hood I got from Texas, that replaced the rusty original one. And yes, that car sits outside in the winter months, and basically gets used every day (it's not a garage queen).
