I just bought a 1994 Accord EX and I really love it but I'm having an odd problem with the headlights and was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction.
When I start the car the DRL light comes on in the dash and the daytime lights don't come on. Alsowhen I turn the headlights on, bothlowbeamscome on but when I click on the highbeams, the driver's side high beam comes onand the low beam goes offbut the passanger side stays on dim [no highbeam, just dim]??
I'd sure appreciatesome thoughts!! I'm no stranger to working on vehicles [I'm co-owner of an engine rebuildig business] but this has me stumped!

Just thought I'd update the thread incase anyone else has this issue. I followed the instructions in the link and sure enough, after soldering the connections, the problem is fixed. [sm=hail.gif]

 

I had to fix the DRL relay in mine. pulled the board out and it was obvios what needed to be done. they just didnt put enough solder on them when built.

my prob was intermitent lack of all park and marker lights. headlights worked fine.

 

Looks like i am in for the same fix. DRL on all the time, no lights on however, and one high beam that doesn't work. rest are ok.
Will have a look when I get back in a week.

Update: Did the DRL box repair, and everything is working fine!
