Default Headlight Smart Person I NEED UR HELP!

I have never installed any headlights before but I have changed a bulb or two so i know how to move around them i just have a quick question.......

I recently bought these Projector Headlights with Halo and LED...

Yea I know ... sweet!!!

On to the problem then ...

Before installing them I wired them up and all lights were working fine... Halo and LED connected to daylights and HID's in the Headlight. But after I installed them something happened and now only my headlights(HID), Turn Signals, and somehow the RIGHT Brightlight. The list of lights that do not work are: The Halo Rings, The LED'S, The Daylights, The Left Brightlight, AND MY DASH LIGHTS>>>WTF

Well...

My driving lights which are supposed to be the Halo Rings and the all the little LED's are wired to the daylights. Like I said before they worked fine for about 5 min before I installed em and like 30 min later when I got em in they arnent working anymore...

Heres what i have discovered so far...

My Daylight Fuse is Missing from its location (Fuse Box left of the steering wheel.) When I try to put a brand new one in it wont fit. i tried upside down too..its somehow loose...7.5A is what its supposed to be

Other than that I guess I wired them wrong or some thing... but why would they work for only 5 min and stop............

P.S...

((The headlights have a sticker one them saying "HID NOT ALLOWED" but I did it anyways hehe... BUT THAT STICKER IS THERE FOR A REASON BECAUSE>>>
They burnt the metal holder for the normal bulb...UUPS

Ill have to think of a creative way of holding them so they don't internally cumbust...lol

it's possible you had too much current on the factory wiring - melting or damaging it. you should always take the load into consideration, including heat.

you need to verify all of the factory wiring associated with the vehicle lighting, along with factory fusing.

there is usually a reason manufacturers state that something is rated for HID - and it's always associated with the construction.

I know the idea of putting HID's in your projectors seems cool, but you'll continue to have issues until you invest in the real deal. good luck and let us know if you find a solution.

^amen. i wouldnt even bother trying to find a way to safely fit the hid bulb so it wont melt anything. that sounds like a big risk. 6th gens have DRL's? i did not know this.

Canada has had mandatory DRLs for quite a while, & 98-99 Accords in USA didn't have it. Circuit drawings in the Helm book were different for USA vs. Canada. Maybe Honda made them all the same sometime later?

Default Problem Solved.

The daylight wires i was trying to connect to the headlights were dead=no current...so what i did was i got new wires connected them to a switch then a fuse then the battery to a ground then back. I used a solder to make the bulb hole bigger for my HID's. Now they fit perfect and there not touching any metal or close to anything.
The Halo and LED's will come on when I flip a Switch, I do not have daylights anymore, and the HID's are the headlights.
Let me know wat u guys think...
