Probably time to get professional help.

Or if you have a welder, weld a large nut to the bolt. IMO, a large ez-out will only round the hole further due to shallow depth of hole.

Maybe enough edge on the flange of the bolt to grip w/ vise grip?

good luck

I haven't pulled a drain plug in any oil pan or transmission since 1999; instead I use an oil extractor:

Won't hurt the trans but replace all ATF. ATF will be damaged from weldlng heat.

good luck

when I do something like that I spray it with pb blaster and let it soak for an hour. After I bang the next size in and get it off. Hasn't failed me yet. If you try it make sure you have a replacement. If it's like all other accords I can't see how the whole bolt is stripped to the end
