Default Help with blown fuse and radio not working anymore

Okay so I plugged a frayed charging cable into my 1.1 amp usb port under the car radio. Then I guess the wires got crossed and that port no longer works and the radio no longer powers on. It still shows a display “audio power off” but it won’t power on. Can someone tell me where the fuse is I have to change or will this fix require me to remove the radio. A guy I took it too says it’s not the fuses and he would have to remove the radio and look further into it but he’s just a guy that fixes cars out of his house and not an official place. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

I drive a 2016 Honda accord sport sedan with the 4 cylinder I-vtec engine.

You'll have to address the frayed harness, or you'll continue to have electrical issues and blow fuses. The fuse box cover will have labels for fuses and the owners manual should have it as well. The fuse should be labeled radio or nav.
