Default help-- choke'n problem

93 honda accord lx--- Ok, so here's the problem, a few weeks ago my fuel pump was dieing out on me so I ended up replacing it, I replaced it and it turned on just fine, but when I start driving and hit the accelerator, the engine starts to like studder and choke-kinda like a misfire but all the cylinders are firing correctly,-........ on top of that it red lines at about 3500-3800 rpm, its like it lost all its power,I'm clueless to what this problem could be so if any one can please hepl it sure would help thanks

Since you just replaced the pump, and I'm assuming with a similar in-tank system, check the rest of the fuel system. CHeck the fuel filter, debris may have gotten into the tank or lines during the pump change. ALso do a once over of the tank and pump, amke sure all connections are good and not damaged or kinked.
