Help: Malfunction Indicator Lamp comes on

By the way. I can drive while this sensor is broken? Will it cause any other problems?

No, the secondary sensor only monitors if the catalytic converter is functioning within it's normal range. The previous owners and myself drove my 1999 for 8 years with the engine light on for the secondary sensor, but it's all fixed now.
