Got your PM. Your car is a ULEV.

Edit: I checked your VIN, there are no open recalls on it. However, even if the ignition switch was previously replaced under recall, it doesn't rule it out as being faulty again.

I just saw one of your album pictures of the broken fuse. That is a different type of fuse than the type held on with philips screws like I thought.

I would still disconnect the negative battery cable first for safety reasons since the terminals are exposed. You can still try pulling it with a pair of pliers to remove the remnants.

Did you see the pic of the fuse I broke? I dont see any screws to take that fuse out. Should I just pill it out with pliers on the metal part and put new one in? It wont electrocute me?

We posted at the same time; lol. See my reply above yours.

Edit: Try pulling on the plastic area first.

I'll include some information we discussed in PM here to continue the help thread. Also, others can include additional info. to give different perspectives. Better to be objective.

The stalling can be caused by different things; so, it can be a guess at this point. But, one possibly cause for the stalling may be a faulty main relay; which usually is due to cracked solder joints. The main relay solder joints can be touched up with a soldering iron or a replacement main relay can be used. The main relay can affect the operation of the fuel injector and fuel pump; as there are actually two relays inside the main relay module. However, keep in mind, the stalling can be due to other causes. You don't really want to just throw a part at it, if you can help it.

This link has some information on the main relay. In addition, I've attached a picture of the location of the main relay for your car.

Main Relay Fix, Troubleshooting (Honda, Acura) and how to solder

I also asked before. When was the air filter and spark plugs last changed or checked?

It must be a while because I cant remember the last time the air filter or plugs were changed, maybe I need to replace those before continueing to another troubleshooting issue?

Maintenance should be done regardless.

What I wrote previously may not have been correct, as there is another scenario. If all the dash lights came on when it stalled, it can still be a faulty ignition switch (the electronic switch). It could have went from ON (II) to ACCESSORY (I), which can shut your engine off, then turn on all the dash lights.
