The ground bolt probably is okay if there is no corrosion. Just make sure it is clean and tight.

1. Here are what the code descriptions are:
  • P0113 Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor Circuit High Voltage
  • P1259 VTEC System Malfunction
  • P1382 Cylinder Position (CYP) Sensor No Signal (CYP sensor is in distributor.)
2. The trouble codes above can be due to various reasons; but, maybe there is some common cause.

Since you stated the car's computer has been replace before, on the passenger side, make sure the blue "Connector C" is firmly connected to the PCM (car's computer). To get to the PCM's connectors, you only need to remove the one plastic clip on the passenger side carpet and pull back the carpet on that side. Connector C is shown in a different photo I've attached.

The IAT sensor, VTEC oil pressure switch, and CYP sensor wires all go through Connector C to the PCM. Hopefully, it is not a problem with the PCM, as the PCM needs to be reprogrammed due to the Immobilizer system each time the PCM is changed.

2. You can reset the PCM by disconnecting the negative battery cable or pulling the passenger side Fuse No.13 for about 10 seconds. See attached pic.

3. Although these next items may or may not be related: check the engine oil level, check the electrical connectors at the distributor, VTEC oil pressure switch, and IAT sensor. The IAT sensor is located near Ground G101 (shown in the other picture in my first post of this thread).
