ok i got a 03 accord 2.4, 5 speed, it idles fine but as soon as i start going ( about 3 mphs) it revs to 2,200 to 2,500 rpms and stays there untell i get to under 3 mphs. i'v change the Iacv and the intake manifold gasket, and it still does it? anyone got anything on this yet? 86,xxx miles
