A code 14 from the check engine light would be a fault with the IAC valve.
A code 14 from the D4 light would be a FAS wire fault (wire between ECU and TCU) or a faulty ECU.
You got the code 14 from the D4 light, so I would say that your ECU is the problem. There are some other threads about this on the forum as well.
