Default Honda accord v6 2008 flashing d light

I have a 2008 honda accord v6

Getting Engine light, VSA light and triangle light also speed gage isn't working.

Sometimes the speed of the car works fine but sometimes it won't go past 10mph, would need to come to a complete stop and try accelerate again for it to work fine.. code I was getting is P0722 so I bought the outputshaft and inputshaft speed sensors and had them replaced by local mechanic..however the problem didn't go away the mechanic tells me its probably a problem with the transmission wiring...

I took it to dealer and they want to charge $800 just to REPLACE OUTPUT SHAFT SPEED SENSOR AND COUPLER PROTECTOR WITH O RING, note I did already replace the outputshaft speed sensor, not sure about the O Ring, abd dealer doesn't sound too confident either like if this would fix my issue or not.. what am I missing here..

Was the replacement output shaft speed sensor a Honda part? If it wasn't, try a Honda sensor, the part is around $30.

Hi, were you able to fix this issue? My car is experiencing exactly the same issue and I've not been able to fix or use the car for a while. I've had to change the transmission yet, it's still same issue.
It's a 2008 Honda accord.

Note - Whenever I scan the transmission, it brings out no error code.
