Honda dealership is screwing me over

Alldata list the titles but to read them you need pay to join their site. The Honda dealership should have them as they are sent them from Honda to be current on repairs and problems.

So I sent off a letter to the BBB of my city- less than an hour later I received two emails form Honda saying how they would allow me to trade in the car for one without a nav system- But I would lose money because now my car isn't new. And I would end up paying MORE for a car without a nav system.
So why would I want to go through all the trouble of a trade in & lose money- ending up paying more than the original price?
Thing is- I started my complaints about all this 3-4 days after I purchased the car. no one would listen to me or help me.

Since your car is a 2010, it should still be under warranty, right?
The dealership should repair the navigation system or replace it. If the dealership doesn't want to do that, I would call honda of america customer service.
