4 cylinder Vtec Motor. I've look at the motor and can't find anything on a 99 model. This is my Bosses car.

 

Remove gas cap to relieve pressure. remove fuel rail and injectors. under the fuel rail there is a plate that you remove with the four ports under it. clean out with a bit of a coat hanger and carb cleaner

Found out tonight that the engine is a F23A1 VTEC motor but looks to have the same egr system as the F23A4 that's in the link above. So it looks like i'll try and clean the port from the Egr Valve hole with some type of plastic tube and Carb Cleaner.
