Its been a while since i posted about this but i finally resolved my issue about a week ago i havent found time to post again but i passed emmitions. What i did was after the last post i made i went back and failed again so i bought a cat and o2 sensor. The cat is from Davico and hooked up easily and the o2 sensor was bosch. I had no issue with putting them on its fairly easy. But anyways i installed those and put some premium gas in and drove about 75miles on the new parts before going to the testing center. Mostly was highway miles and i passed with HC at 54 max being 220. Its clear those were my problem areas. The cat had white dust falling out of it when i had it off i hit it with a hammer and it would fall out. The o2 sensor was completly black. Those 2 parts ran me 111$ from rock auto shipped. took about a week to get here. I hope this thread helps out for anyone with similar problems and thank you for everyone who posted here.

Everything sounds good except the premium fuel; don't waste your money as your engine will not be able to realize any benefit from the greater degree of knock resistance.

i only used the premium that time i always use regular. I heard that premium can help clean out everything.... probably isnt true but i figured it wouldnt hurt.

Yup, you're completely correct, Premium has no more cleaning ability than does Regular.
