Squeeze the radiator hoses when the engine's cold. You should be able to hear sloshing if there's any air in the system. The only thing you SHOULD hear is the little rattle-pin in the thermostat.

You need to not only reset the ECU, but let it re-learn the idle system behavior.
Let it cool off & reset the ECU.
Start the engine without touching the gas pedal.
Let it warm up completely without touching the gas pedal.

Alright, thanks. I will check the radiator for slushing tomorrow, but I did reset the ECU and let it idle for ten minutes, drove it around.. and the idle started to flucuate one time. It does it WAY less then it did before, but it does it time from time. IDK what to do anymore =/

Have you cleaned the throttle body bore and both sides of throttle plate. A dirty throttle bore and plate can starve engine for air and might set up an idle oscillation as engine trys to achieve stable idle.

Also if someone adjusted the throttle plate stop screw (should never be adjusted) in an attempt to reset idle speed, this might also cause an unstable idle.

good luck
