it just cuts off, no sputter. dealer offered to rebuild the ignition for 250.???

is all you need. found that on a random parts site. that's the electrical portion of the ignition switch. you don't need to rebuild the ignition switch itself if your not having problems turning it.

it's very easy to replace on your own if you're up to the challenge. i'll post info on how to do it on the weekend, i'm too sleepy to write it up now. let me know if you're interested.

 

Sure, hondatechv6 but where exactly do i find the part? Also, when I wiggle the key when the car is on it does not cut off, it just cuts off spontaneously when driving, i dont know, im confused.
