if it's a bad fuse, which one? the manual doesn't tell you which fuse controls starting/ignition

So for some reason this started happening to my car. We first noticed it back in December and just shrugged it off because it was a once in a full moon thing. Anyways I would get in my car turn the key all the way and it would stutter. Lights would come on though, so I would go back in and wait few hours passed I try again and this time it would start. Well then I started to notice something when I turn the key one time a green key symbol would pop up and I would be able to turn it on. If the green key symbol was not showing then I could not start the car. So some days the green key symbol would be there and others it won't One day I go out to the car because I am late for something and the symbol was not showing so I could not start the car so it pissed me off I started kicking the hell out of the breaks and boom! The green key symbol popped up and I was able to start the car. Any suggestions?

I moved your post to a new thread, because your issue is likely different than the thread you posted on.

Is your accord a 2013?

Any recent work done on your car?
