Default knocking when accelerating and braking

My car started making a faint.knocking sound a couple of days ago when accelerating and braking... Since then it has only gotten louder and occurs more often.. its like i can almost feel it in the gas and brake pedals too... Its on a 09 accord coupe... It just hit 57,000 miles so.i really hope its not the transmission... Any thoughts?

It could be motor mounts. Have mounts checked or try punching throttle (1500-2000 rpm) w/ ebrake and foot brake firmly held by trusted assistant. Observe front and rear motor mounts for excess movement and damage.

good luck

that actually sounds what it might be, knocking seems to be louder and occur more often when accelerating quickly or breaking from higher speeds
