Default lost pressure in the pedal when applying brakes.

Its a 1989 honda accord lxi. I replaced the front brakes about a year ago. Just checked the back drum brakes and the pads are good. Fluid is still at full reading. Im at a loss as to what to do now. Should I bleed them next or is there something I need to look at?

As stated,, master cyl is at the top of the list. While the car is running, apply pressure to the pedal and hold...does it seem to sink?

The classic description of air in the brake system goes like this:
Pedal is very soft and goes way too far down. If you pump the pedal it becomes OK.

The classic description of a bad master cylinder goes like this:
Pedal feels normal when you first apply the brakes. As you hold the brakes (say at a red light) the pedal sinks slowly & smoothly to the floor.
