Default Misfiring Problem 2005 Honda Accord

I have a 2005 Honda Accord. I have received code P0303, along with pending codes of P0300, P0301, P0302. Car misfires about every 3 starts, seems like it wants to die. I have new battery, confirmed ignition coils are good, replaced spark plugs, new airfilter, 4 new fuel injectors, and new pcv valve. Misfiring issue is still happening and I still can't figure it out. What would be my next steps? It doesn't sound like vacuum lines are leaking but I can do a smoke test. What else can solve this issue? Thank you guys.

Given all the things you have already done and the random cylinder behavior, the "rabbit" I would chase next is "fuel"; pressure to the rail and throttle body behavior.

Thank you! How should I check the fuel pressure? I can hear the fuel pump starting when I turn the key.

Check out YouTube for methods. Here is a quick & dirty way from Eric the Car Guy":
Be careful.
