I feel the tranny/engine shift when I step on the clutch to release gear. Which mount is most likely the culprit?

 

Doesn't matter which one is more common. Any of them (or more than one) is possible so you should really check them all out.

Stand in front of the car, grab the valve cover, & shake it. good chance you can hear/see which one is most loose.
