Default My car won't Start :( please help

I have a 1996 Honda Accord LX 2.2L 4cylinder non v-tec Automatic Tranny.
My timing belt snapped cuz my Water pump went on it. So i pulled the motor out to clean it and redo Gaskits and such. I removed the head and sent it to be rebuilt. I painted the motor parts Orange and black and so on. Redid the timing Put new tensioners in and a new water pump. Brand new spark plugs and such. After i got the motor looking all fancy i put it back in. It turns over but wont start. I get spark from the sparkplugs. I tested the fuel injectors they work. But they do not shoot gas when you plug them all together and hook the wires up. I tested the injectors without it being plugged in. I checked to see if there was current coming form the wires that go into the injectors there is power. But when u Crank the engine im sure its not getting gas. but if u take the injector out gas pours out of that rail that hold them in place. I know its not getting gas because i remove the spark plug and its black i can tell its not getting gas.
Why wont the car start why is it not getting gas. Is it the timing still? is it a flywheel sensor what i heard.

Please help iv spent well over $600 in repairs all i want is my dam car to work. lol please help

How did you verify spark?

Did you check for engine codes?

The same color wire that goes to each injector will always have power with the key in the II position. The PCM grounds each injector to open them up. If you have a test light, unplug the electrical connector to the injectors, hook up a test light across the pins. The light should flash when you try to start the car.

And double check all of the ground connections, have read and personally have had fits with engine work and no restart after only to find a ground wire got moved out of the way and not re-connected on the instal. If you pulled the whole motor be sure that the are all reconnected...the new paint isn't in the way.

I've never put a honda dist 180 out, I've stuck a many small block chevy's that way (got a winter project planned for the Chevelle so I get another chance soon).

If you pull the distributor out, you'll notice the blade on the shaft is off-center. But it's not REAL FAR off-center. I've been told that it's possible to force it in backwards, but you have to work at it. It should slide in nicely, or better yet you should just LOOK CAREFULLY at the off-center blade.

Ilijahritz, does the starter spin the engine? Is the spark good? If those things are not exactly like this thread, you're better off to start a new thread to avoid confusion.

Hey also check the Main Relay i just had the same problem with my car and it took all but 5mins to do. it should be up under the driver side of the dash somewhere. you just have to find it for your model.(BTW you can also sauder the connection back on the mother board for those things. You can see where the sauder breaks)
