You'll need a multi-meter/voltmeter to check whether power is going through the cable from the battery to the under-hood fuse/relay box.

I have power at all the underhood fuses, all check good. 125A fuse is good.

I don't have a 2014 wiring diagram, but Honda's typically have larger amp fuses in the engine bay fuse box protecting the downstream interior box fuses.

Are you testing for power on the fuses with a test light or volt meter with the fuse plugged in and checking for power on both sides? Or are you pulling a fuse and tesing for continuity on the fuse pins?

I have done both. The diagram I found indicates I should have power to a red, yellow and white wire on the interior fuse box, there is none. I will check the under hood fuses and pins again.

Was any work done on the car or any other recent issues like an accident?

Let us know which fuses have power and which are missing power in the interior fuse box. It could help narrow down the potential culprits.

If you are using a volt meter or test light on the interior of the car, you might want to hook up your meter/test light to battery negative to be sure you aren't missing ground on the chassis.
