Oil cooler 96 accord

Leaking oil from under oil filter cooler. Replaced O-ring, torqued to 54lbs. Did this twice. Inspected cooler and housing. Couldn't find any visible cracks. Maybe expanding when heating up?

Scratches or gouges on the smooth surfaces where the O-ring seals? But it sounds like you looked for that...
