I have never done the lower seals. Most likely the upper ones.

I bought a kit from Autozone for about 20.00 or so. It included a valve cover gasket and upper spark plug seals.

Really pretty easy to install. I put the new plug seals in and just put a tiny bit of rtv on the cleaned up valve cover in a few selected spots to hold the gasket in place. Just don't tighten it down to much. I used a 1/4 inch drive socket/ext. and snugged it down, no problems now.

and if it turns out to be the lower seals,, just follow the write up .. it is an easy job ,,the most critical thing is to make sure that you reposition the rocker arms over the valves properly,, if you do not ,and tighten down the rocker arm you will bent valves
