Default Overheated engine

97 honda accord with v tec engine, , overheated severly, coolant in cyls, removed cyl head and had checked - no cracks , but warped, machine shop milled .014 from cyl head, timing belt cover melted and crankshaft sensor melted,should i consider this engine toast?

I overheated engine my 1995 Accord and it melted the timing belt cover top and bottom but still runs good after the head gasket job but burns a quart per 1000 miles. What do the cylinder bores look like?
