I am pulling the head and getting a complete rebuilt one Including cams.

 

So, I ordered an exchange head from gearhead engines. Attached to the head was a note that says cam seals must be installed.
I cannot find anything anywhere about cam shaft seals in the Haynes manual.
Are there seals that must be installed?

Also there is another note that says I must adjust the valves after assembly. Can I adjust valves before I install head? Or do I have to wait till after?

 

You can adjust the valves before you install the cylinder head.

Here is a video on installing a cam seal. I'd say the only thing I'd suggest differently is to push seal to the same depth as the current seals on your cam.
