Hello! I have a 2005 accord 4 door and my front passenger door doesnt work from the inside. I popped off the door panel and I noticed that on the cable going from the inside door handle there is a little green plastic thing that is broken. SO, I'm assuming I need to replace that cable. The proble is that I dont know what its called or even if there is a specific name for it.

I have the same issue. It is on item number 12 in the diagram provided. It is near the tip of the cable assembly. There is a green plastic stay that is broken in half. Can I Jerryrig it?

 

You can try....but I'd got to the dealer and get the right part and be done with it?
