Yours is quite different from the original thread, but here goes anyway. The display is asking for the'CODE'. Your stereo has an anti-theft feature where you need to enter a security code each time the power is disconnected.
It's supposed to be printed on a little plastic card you get when you buy the car brand new. Size of a credit card. Sometimes the original dealer will write the code in the owners manual or inside the fusebox or someplace that they think is clever.
With the serial # from the back of the stereo unit a dealer can look up the code for you.Maybeyou'llneed some proof of ownership? Maybe they can look it up based on the car's VIN??
