Default Poppin plug wires

I have a 99 honda accord that I've recently changed the plugs and wires on. On the way home frome work today, the wire of the #4 cyl popped off. Though not nearly that often, this has happened more than once in the last two weeks and prior to that it happened in '06.

Same problem. I pulled plug #2 off of the distributor, and now it doesn't stay on. Falls off all of the time.

Myisu, which end falls off? Sparkplug end might be from a loose plug (compression pressure)?

Distributor end maybe bent or damaged the metal tab thing inside the wire. Use a needlenose pliers to make it tighter.

This isn't really a big "procedure" so I'll move this to Gen.Tech.
