4-cylinder engine? It's in the exhaust manifold right at the front of the engine.
V-6 engine? It's in the exhaust pipe underneath, upstream of the catalytic converter. (The other sensor is installed into the middle of the converter.)
Have you determined it's a bad sensor as opposed to wiring issues?
