I had a light come on in my wikes 04 accord. It looked like an engine. I put my OBDII scanner on it and it gave me an message that the "02 Heater Sensor Circuit Malfunction, Bank 1/Sensor 2". Can anyone tell me what this means and what may have caused it to come on?
Thanks

There is actually a little heater inside the Sensor to get it hot so it can read correctly.
There is no fix other than sensor replacement, before throwing a new sensor at it be sure you have voltage to the heater circuit at the plug.
4cyl? V-6?

under the car you'll find the cat (enlarged canister looking thing in the middle of the exhaust pipe) right behind the cat towards the back of the car should be the sensor sticking out, Fairly easy to replace but kind of a spendy little part (around $100.00 I think....) check for power going to it and check out if you have extended emissions coverage....
