Default Heater circuit O2 sensor on a 97

Can anyone point me towards a guide on how to replace the O2 sensor on the heater circuit of my 97 accord?
I've done some googling without much luck.
Thanks.

Unplug the wire from the sensor, find the appropriate socket, unbolt the o2 sensor, bolt in new o2 sensor, plug wire onto new sensor, done.

Have you checked the heater? Find the 2 same-color (black?) wires on the sensor itself. Heater should measure 10 to 40 ohms between them. If that's OK, then your problem is wiring in the car.

It's the sensor that's bad. I was able to get it out, but I'm having problems undoing the wiring. The connector just doesn't want to come apart. Any tips?

If you can't get the connector apart, how did you measure the resistance?

There's a latch you have to press, on the side of the plug. Sometimes they get dirty or corroded, & take a fair bit of force to pull apart.
