problem with 90 accord ex

i have a 1990 accord that starts and runs but sometimes it wont. when it does start when you give it gas it cuts out and somtimes dies i cleand the injectors and fuel rail and also the fuel filter all out of ideas any help would be great

How are all the normal tune-up things?
How old are the spark plugs?
How old are the distributor cap & rotor & wires?

not really sure it sat for about three yrs i got it for free so i took it

I would renew all the normal tune-up stuff first. Bad spark plugs can send you on a big wild-goose chase of replacing all kinds of expensive stuff. Bring the simple stuff up-to-date FIRST.
