I am a new one and just got a 98 accord LX with mile of 75000. I have a question about the fan control. When I dial to speed 1 or 2, I can not feel air flow. But if I increase to speed 3, the air flow is really strong. hopefully, someone can answer my question.

its possible that air is on but you just can feel it... or your dial is worn out ( 1 - 2 are most commonly used and therefore die first )

 

If speed 1, 2 died, can I get it back? Since the sound of speed 3 is too aloud.

Bad blower resister maybe?

 

i have to agree with Chio........resistor is located under rt side of dash next to the blower motor
