So i have a 99 honda accord manual transmission. When at a complete stop and I push the clutch pedal in and put gear in first and want to take off the engine revs up really high before the car even decides to move. And when it moves its really slowly. It almost feels like a put it in 3rd and tried to take of from a dead stop. It will do this consistently throughout all the gears. Even when i'm rolling and go from 3rd to 4th it feels like the clutch isn't fully releasing and the engine will rev really high and car will move slowly.

 

Kind of sounds like the clutch is done......how many miles on it?

 

Car has 200,000. Yeah thats what I was thinking.
