Here's my list:
-Timing belt and everything that's involved/included (I'd ask for fresh coolant vs. re-use of your current stuff).

-ATF drain / refill per Blake below. You'll have to do it twice to get a 55% fresh content level. When I bought my used '97, on day one I did two drain and fills separated by 5 miles of driving. Since then I do an annual AT drain/refill in spring (not the 30K interval); takes 2.5 qts for my year.

-Brake fluid flush at your car's age and Ohio's humid atmosphere - yes. Have your brake pads / drums inspected for good life remaining.

-Ignition stuff - no

-Price quoted for TB and H2O pump is less than in my neck of the woods.

The torque converter doesn't drain, so you can only drain about 1/3 of the total fluid. Drain & fill, then drive around (5 or 10 miles) & repeat. Or drain & fill again a couple weekends in a row if you don't feel like doing it all in one day. When it drains out reasonably clean, then you can go to the 30k intervals. (I'm not a big auto-trans guru, so hope someone else chimes in too)
