Default Radio Doesnt recieve power?

My radio in my 2003 accord LX is messed up. Everything lights up, but it does not recieve power. I tried hooking up a custom radio and it still wont work. Ive narrowed the problem to the 12v Ignition Power Source (Red Wire) as not supplying power.

The fuse in the "Radio" slot is ok, not broken at all. What would cause this and how do i correct it?

Possibly a lousy ground wire.. start by checking that wire 1st.

What pin in the electrical connector to the factory stereo is not getting 12V? From the wiring diagram the red wire is not a 12V source.

I would also check all of your fuses.
