RESOLVED! To anyone that read these posts and spent time ready my messages, I thank you for the time. My problem was found in the wiring harness. A failed harness connector from the ignition harness; This lose connection caused these issues.

 

Could you please explain further, I am currently having the same issue for my 2003 Accord v4.

I'd start a new thread to make this thread less confusing for future readers. There is no V4 engine, either a V6 or I4 (2.4L inline 4-cylinder). This info helps as the V6 may have different wirinmg.

List the items that are not working and any testing you've tried so far.
