Rattle from the back end

My 99 Accord EX Sedan has started making a noise as I go over bumps. My dealer says it is rear links. Any thoughts about what this should cost and how I check it out?

Assuming they menat rear stabilizer end links (basically what connects the sway bar to the knuckle) they are about $11 apiece online and very easy to change out.

I take that back ~$22 OEM, cheaper online. They changed the desing between 5th and 6th gens.
