Found in HONDA ESM manual wiring diagram for 4 door Accord 98. Little bit different from yours TexasHonda. Im not really good in schemes but i that manual i found fog ligth wiring. Please look on this photos. The only thing on my schemes is that the fog light switch connector pins are located differently from my ones.On My switch they are all in one row. On the schemes i found they are located in 2 rows. And YES switch was completely removed and the light was still ON. I will try to look and check all the wires in a few days ( depends on my work)

Based on the 2nd diagram, a short in the passenger MCU or the Red/Blu wire may be the cause of the rear fog light remaining on.

Agree w/ RB1. MCU fault seems more likely.

good luck

Got the MCU. Change it today. Problem Fixed.
Got another question. On my old Honda civic from the beginning was one rear fog light on the left side. I connected another one bulb and put it in the empty headlight slot on the rear right side. So i got 2 fog lights in the back and it looks good. Can i make same here and second bulb will not affect somehow the MCU???

Anytime you make modifications there is the potential for surprises. Unless someone has done what you suggest, it's a guess.

My guess is no harm would come, however fog lights are fairly high current demand and yous should check that total current demand does not exceed ratings of relays and fuses that will pass the current.

good luck

The whole idea is only have a bulb installed on the drivers side; not to be mistaken for brake lights.

In England you'd take the bulb out of the left side & install it on the right.
