1998 v6 2 door

I can't manage to slip out the thing (what are they called) out

and the last 2 images is the same. The bolt seems to be stuck on the rubber and when i twist it, it will twist. however it will go back to it's original position.

How should i tackle this?
I'm trying to do a 5 lug conversion and i heard that the coupe v6 will fit in the sedan. This is true right?

A bigger hammer and some spray lube.

I assuming rear here.

Work the arm at the hub in and out while using the lube.

 

air hammer
