Default Replaced cylinder head, now no spark on my 91?

Installed a new coil, it still doesn't spark. Is there anyone out there who might know why?

Default RE: Replaced cylinder head, now no spark on my 91?

Check that the distributor is getting power when the key is turned to the II position. The wire you want to check is a yel/blk wire that supplies power to both the coil and the distributor.

Check the distributor cap contacts and the rotor for wear. Replace if worn.

I think that there is a ground near the distributor, so check that it secure. Check that all ends of the battery cables are clean and secure.

You might also want to short the service connector and count the flashes on the ECU for any error codes stored in there.
