Ok so I went to change the axle on the right side and after 2 attempts to get the right axle ordered in I finally got it, but when i installed it, and went to move the car the transmission does this wonderful grinding noise... that it has never made before this... so when I took it back apart all i see in there is the gear and a large pin with 3 notches in it?
I would like to know what am I missing, is there a trick or something not listed in the repair manual?
I have done multiple axles on subies and off road customs, so I figured this would be cake... but its stumped me... any suggestions?
