'03 Accord 2.4L - I changed out all the rubber coolant hoses yesterday because they're nine years old and 130K miles. To get to that nasty one, under the intake manifold, I removed the throttle body, then it was remounted with a new gasket.

I have this wonderful whine now, with the engine at idle. All vacuum lines appear OK and I suspect the rotary air control? Actually, it sounds like a turbo spooling, but I haven't located my turbo charger yet. (G) Any ideas where this noise is coming from?
