Is this the same cyl that had the issue before?

Has the egr chamber ports been cleaned recently?

 

Yes, same cyl. #4. I pulled the plug, stuck a small vacuum down it to try and suck anything that may be in it. Also ran it for 15 sec without the plug to try and push anything out. I have not cleaned the egr ports. I will do that next.
