Anything can be done with money, labor, and time. Easier to just buy an EX-L with navigation or get some aftermarket unit.
The OE navigation system costs thousands of dollars new and requires a different instrument wire harness, different interior and sunroof harness (EX-L came with sunroof; so, it is part of the harness), steering wheel controls, and other parts.
Shown below are just some of the parts:
