Default Smog questions

So I took my car to get smogged and failed. I have only a aftermarket cold air intake. Below are the failures. Could you guys that know about emissions maybe point me in the right direction on what might need to be fixed?
Thanks

FIRST TEST IS AT 15MPH
SECOND TEST IS AT 25MPH
CO (%) NO (PPM)
MAX MEASURED MAX MEASURED
0.36 0.59 (FAIL) 493 563 (FAIL)

Excess CO occurs when rich condition (not enough O2 for fuel) occurs.

Look for fuel leakage into system; fuel pressure regulator diaphragm ruptured (sniff vacuum reference line for gas smell), leaking injector, faulty O2 sensor, excess fuel pressure (unlikely).

Is this car obd1 or obd2? Is Check Engine Light on? If yes, then what codes.

good luck

You failed part of the NO emissions, so I would clean the EGR port.

Here is a video on how to do this:
