I was aware it hub over rotors but got confused on the bolt that was mentioned and pictured the rotor over hubs tapered bolts which would have prevented the wheel from going flush. I reread the Ops last post. I get it now. I wonder if they took it back apart or just cut the bolt sticking out flush. I still see the shop that performed the work as lazy in not getting the right bolt and I am pretty sure Honda stocks them.
This is one of the cases where the Honda Dealers labor rate seems well worth it not to have to deal with this stress.

I totally disagree,, just because one shop screwed up that does not mean that only the dealer can get it right or that another shop is going to screw it up as well
As a matter of facts we have done a crap load of rotors replacement 90-97 and have never had any issues ....

That wasn’t a blanket statement, just this case right here. The problem lies in the consumer being able to pick a good repair shop. It is not easy.
